Job Context:
∎ Branch Manager is a key member of the operation team of the organization.
∎ After successful completion of 6 months` probationary period, the candidate shall be inducted as a permanent employee of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve branch targeted revenue.
∎ Supervise the trading team and ensure compliance of trading rules.
∎ Work closely with Relationship Managers and ensure efficient customer support.
∎ Achieve expansion of client base.
∎ Ensure communication with HO and implement the adopted strategy at the Branch.
∎ Ensure harmonious relationships with employees and build their capacities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ At least 5 years' relevant experience of serving in brokerage house.
∎ Authorized Representative license from BSEC.
∎ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Calm, polite and professional behavior.
∎ High service orientation.
