Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new businesses for emerging corporate department and achieve the yearly target of the department.
∎ Maintain regular relationship with emerging corporate clients to provide efficient services and frequently visit clients to maintain liaison.
∎ Initiate, monitor and ensure the smooth completion of pre and post loan disbursement process.
∎ Assess loan application and credit worthiness of prospective borrowers through various financial tools (including market-adjusted ones).
∎ Prepare credit proposals, pre-approval documents/memo, offer letters, rate revision letters, disbursement documents and send to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of a loan and meeting the audit compliance.
∎ Perform all other interdepartmental duties assigned by the Management.
