• Proficient in writing and reading in English
• Sound working experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Excellent IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting/ Finance System

• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Relationship Managers build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. They give clients personalized advice, build rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries. Relationship Managers analyze the company's communication strategy, negotiations and contracts to identify trends that can improve organizational procedures.

• Communicating with assigned existing and newly registered clients and establishing a relationship to facilitate their migration applications processing.

• Providing information to the clients related to the specific visa application.

• Performing tasks such as drafting, proofing, formatting and maintain varied kinds of documentation Collaborating with the intermediaries - accountants, surveyors, and Tax Lawyers etc.

• Closely working with the company's accounts department to manage client's payments.

• Checking clients operational, financial and tax documents as per visa processing requirements.

• Assisting with processing teams to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring timelines are met set by the respective government authority

• Creating and maintaining an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
