Selling Elevator & Escalator to Corporate clients
Identifying Prospects: Researching and identifying potential corporate clients or customers within a designated industry or geographic area.
Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
Understanding Client Needs: Conducting needs assessments and understanding the unique requirements, challenges, and objectives of each corporate client.
Presenting Solutions: Presenting products or services to corporate clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs and add value to their business operations.
Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieving Sales Targets: Setting and achieving sales targets and goals, both in terms of revenue and new client acquisition, within specified timeframes.
Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate corporate markets, increase market share, and maximize sales opportunities.
Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to existing corporate clients to increase revenue and enhance client relationships.
Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
