Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned business targets in terms of asset growth for the Auto Lease portfolio of any institution/ enterprises/ organization etc.
Sale of commercial/ passenger vehicles and achieve business targets.
Coordinate with renowned vendors for their enlistment and management.
Identify, pursue, and convert cross-functional sales opportunities by collaborating with other product teams and departments to maximize revenue potential.
Manage overdue prudently Creating extraordinary customer service experience: To achieve set targets in terms of IPDC service standards for customer transactions.
Deliver extraordinary service to customers by adhering to IPDC’s service standards & ensuring efficient handling of customer transactions, queries, and issues for a seamless service experience.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement special projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives sanctioned to the branch.
