Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan.
Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow business and achievement of sales targets.
Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers.
Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client.
Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients.
Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Promote specific products as directed by Line Management
Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.
