Job Context:
∎ In this position, you will be responsible for aggressively driving company growth through the acquisition of new merchant partners, the maintenance of good connections with current clients, and the attainment of established objectives and key performance indicators. Maintaining bKash`s favorable market presence and providing first-rate service are two of your primaDocumentation Management: Collect and meticulously process all required documentation to activate merchant accounts.
∎ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including legal, strategy, marketing, trade marketing, and sales operations, to expedite account processing and campaign execution.
∎ Visibility Coordination: Coordinate with the Trade Marketing team to ensure seamless point-of-sale (POS) integration for merchants.
∎ Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitive information to inform future planning and initiatives, serving as valuable Market Intelligence (MI).
∎ Training and Support: Provide essential training and support to merchant accounts as needed.
∎ Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster retention and maintain a robust portfolio.
∎ Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify new opportunities within the client base and implement strategies to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
∎ Client Engagement Initiatives: Take proactive initiatives to manage and engage clients effectively, ensuring a positive and long-lasting relationship.
∎ Campaign Execution: Initiate and execute various campaigns designed to boost business and enhance merchant engagement.
∎ Brand Representation: Represent bKash in the market in a positive and professional manner, upholding the company`s reputation.
∎ End-to-End Service: Ensure the delivery of end-to-end service for all assigned accounts, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads to drive business growth and fulfillment.
∎ Merchant Engagement: Establish and maintain regular, in-person visits to merchant locations.
∎ Merchant Acquisition: Execute the acquisition of new merchants in accordance with established processes and strategic guidelines.
∎ Performance Targets: Achieve monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the assigned category or sub-category.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience:
∎ - Experience is not a mandate; however, relevant experience of 1 to 2 years may be considered as a plus point.
∎ Education:
∎ - Business Graduation from a reputed educational institute
