∎ Key Result #1: Registration
∎ Register patients’ demographic & medical related information’s.
∎ Register live births, still-births, deaths in accordance with any existing and updated regulations and Government positions;
∎ Compile and submit records and statistics to the Data/HIS Officer and Facility Manager;
∎ Audit records and registers to ensure proper data bank entries and record keeping;
∎ Ensure that registers are kept and maintained in a confidential manner and archived data is retrievable.
∎ Contribute in any required data collection, compiling inventory summary, helping in updating stock summary.
∎ Key Result #2: Learning:
∎ Helping in developing systematic approaches that support documenting.
∎ Support for collection of success stories, case studies, best practices and photos of activities for knowledge management and dissemination.
∎ Contribute to assessment & reviews for facility service improvements.
