∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel).
∎ Computer/Laptop and SmartPhone literature is must.
∎ Skills Required: Dealer development, Dealer Sales, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution management, , Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales Reporting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage Team to meet sales and revenue target.
∎ Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.
∎ Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship
∎ To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
∎ Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’
∎ Monitor and lead respective Territory Sales Officers & Sales Representatives to achieve overall company goals.
∎ We are hiring RSM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.
