• Must have Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel).
• Computer/Laptop and SmartPhone literature is must.
• Skills Required: Dealer development, Dealer Sales, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution management, , Sales & Marketing, sales and Distribution, Sales Reporting.

We are hiring RSM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

• To manage Team to meet sales and revenue target.

• Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.

• Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship

• To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.

• Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.

• Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

• Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.

• Collect competitor`s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.

• Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’

• Monitor and lead respective Territory Sales Officers & Sales Representatives to achieve overall company goals.
