Job Context:
∎ We are a B2B e-commerce company looking for regional sales manager who will work as a regional sales team leader and responsible for direct market operations. Basic works will be field team supervision, partner management, ensure profitability, correspondence with delivery team, Contact with all local manufacturer, supplier, producer & wholesaler and engage them in buying/selling trading activity through our e-commerce B2B platform.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Set distributors and ensure profitability.
∎ Grab market opportunity by focusing all products in market level.
∎ Cross functional activities with multiple departments.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and random quality checking.
∎ Design and implement strategic business plan in order to grow regional business.
∎ Identify the buyer and seller in local market as per company business plan and meet the acquisition target of manufacturer, supplier, producer & wholesaler.
∎ Explain and convince manufacturer, supplier, producer & wholesaler about e-commerce service, support and benefits.
∎ Increase monthly sales volumes between buyer and seller as per target and forecast for business trends to meet the assigned target
∎ Maximize the trading size of the region by acceptable payment terms and settlement.
∎ Collect extensive information about market demand & supply, local products, business sessions & events and product delivery systems.
∎ Manage & allocate sales target among the sales team with appropriate commitment
∎ Monitor daily sales tracking and sales variance by frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.
∎ Preparing monthly/ annual regional sales & operational budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): E-commerce vendor acquisition, Sales & Marketing, Channel sales & distribution, B2B
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecom, MFS, FMCG, e-commerce
∎ Should have the ability to take on challenges in achieving the target.
∎ Skill-Smart Phone operation, Internet/e-mail, Basic Computer, tech-savvy.
∎ Ready to do hard works and willing to travel frequently.
∎ Should be well mannered with attractive appearances.
∎ Should have good pronunciation skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Must be experienced in managing sales team.

Salary: Negotiable
