Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ Assign prospectively business partners (distributor) and monitor their activities.
∎ Guiding the sales team to fulfill the given monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Preparing and assigning root plans for subordinate field forces.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating the activities of subordinate field forces.
∎ Take necessary measures to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategy to increase existing sales volume.
∎ Take measures to create a potential market and new sales opportunities.
∎ Maximize distribution coverage by identifying new areas and outlets.
∎ Ensuring numeric and highest weighted distribution and display merchandising of all SKUs.
∎ Maximize SKU-wise weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales achievement.
∎ Maintaining the market-based outlet list and sales report.
∎ Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit.
∎ Minimizing and maintaining distributors' outstanding and aging reports.
∎ Monitor the activities and promotional offers of the competitors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Capable to perform under pressure
∎ Preferably experienced in Beverage / Dairy / Ice Cream Company
