To support our rapidly expanding business the company is looking for a smart, self-motivated, hardworking result oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the region.
∎ Plan for the achievement of individual and regional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding the sales team.
∎ Educating the sales team by providing training on sales techniques.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
∎ Ensure alignment with distributor and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
∎ Continually monitor and track regional sales performance.
∎ Making monthly visiting/tour plans for all TSO team members and implementing them effectively through regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
∎ Sale Analysis: Value-wise and Product Wise
∎ Maintaining relationships with distributors/key business partners, appointment of distributors, and settlement of claims.
∎ Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors.
∎ Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ House Holds items / Manufacturing product Market / FMCG/ Tobacco Business.
∎ 03 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Goal oriented and ambitious, with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem-solving.
∎ Demonstrated cold-calling sales ability, with an assertive, positive, and persistent style.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
∎ Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Organized, with effective time management skills
