Animal Breeding, animal husbandry, Fisheries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Dairy, Fisheries, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the promotional and sales activities of the medical executive/sales executive in the assigned area.
∎ Managing overall sales operation to ensure achieving sales budget.
∎ Enlisting Modern Trade stores to open sales.
∎ Recruiting, training, motivating and developing sales people in different levels.
∎ Developing retail sales channel especially in the divisional headquarters of the country.
∎ Developing and managing sales policies for different stakeholders.
∎ Managing credit sales management and ensure collection in stipulated time.
∎ Evaluating performance of the sales team periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any reputed same industry will be given as advance.
∎ Should have self motivated, honest, sincere & hard working attitude.
∎ Should be conversant in computer handling and well verse in software operation.
∎ Fair knowledge in English.
