Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare segment and product-wise monthly region’s sales budget·
∎ Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible region· Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the region·
∎ Prepare periodic rolling forecasts of the responsible region·
∎ Analyze and recommend customer appointments in the region as per company policy·
∎ Prepare customer category based on the business prospects·
∎ Supervise and drive the area managers for intended business results·
∎ Train up sub-ordinates and prepare plans to develop their required skill set to meet the future business need·
∎ Train up managers and officers to handle field problems efficiently and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users·
∎ Monitor and supervise quality assurance of all field promotional activities for intended outcomes i.e. farmer's meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.
∎ Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit status of the region and initiate.
∎ The managerial position is responsible for strategic planning, preparing the region’s budget, ensuring budgeted sales achievement, credit recovery, and implementing field promotional activities. Job Responsibilities·
