Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sale all Retail Asset products through managing a sales force in a region.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Retail Assets of assigned region.
∎ Supervise, monitor and effectively manage sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
∎ Ensure team building, team development, motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
∎ Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
∎ Ensure business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experiences for both existing and potential customers.
