∎ Achieve set target of team in terms of new business acquisition and portfolio growth of personal loan.
∎ Assist in reviewing product and process guidelines from time to time.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new corporate houses by signing MOUs.
∎ Ensure penetration in multinational and local large companies in Dhaka and Chittagong.
∎ Assist in designing and executing sales campaign to boost the business.
∎ Execute innovative MMI in corporate houses to create IPDC access and attract potential clients.
∎ Ensure robust compliances in documentations as per regulatory bodies.
∎ Manage NPL of personal loan within the budgetary threshold.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Responsible to achieve set target of personal loan in terms of new business acquisition, portfolio growth, product and process design, pricing, market creation, team development, and NPL management.
