Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales targets of auto loan by managing a sales team.
∎ Build and promote a strong relationship with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Assess and recommend the leads coming from sales executives and partner organizations.
∎ Ensure strong visibility of the organization in the territory.
∎ Management of sales executives.
∎ Promote excellence in customer service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Sound Interpersonal skills.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Target driven.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
