Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing all sales activities of The Company and motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per target fixed monthly & annual.
∎ Market analysis and product evaluation to create a new business plans & product road map for launching all new products of The Company.
∎ Responsible for coordinating between stakeholders, vendors, product designer, promotional activities and manufacturing team.
∎ Preparing appraisal for the employees of the Company Sales team on monthly basis.
∎ Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services in the market place as well as to the fullest of customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare monthly sales activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team and formulating strategies and establishing objectives to meet the sales target.
∎ Prepare product wise forecasting according to market demand and maintain smooth production of the Company
∎ Prepare sales and marketing policy, trade promotion, consumer promotion and after sales service policy according to market demand.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check Market coverage and competitors' activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ One candidate will be posted for Chittagong Region and another candidate will be posted for South Region Khulna
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
