- Minimum 08 Years working experience in any reputed NGO (s) / Organizations involve in Project Monitoring & Development / Health Care Service/ Micro Credit.
Responsibilities & Context:
Day to Day operation of the Regional Office.
Leading, guiding, and directing the Health Centers according to Management Policy.
Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
Managing clinical professional, clerical and administrative staff.
Generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self sufficient.
Co-ordinate with Govt. officials/NGO’s official etc. for smoothly operation of the Program.
Supervising, monitoring, regular visiting, performance evaluating and follow up the activities and performance of the projects;
Budgeting.
Ordering & supplies.
Understanding the financial background of the office
Handling public relations
Any other task assigned by the higher authority.
