Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute action plan for sales growth to achieve long-term business objectives.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target achievement of the assigned division.
∎ Analyze and adapt to new marketing policies & procedures.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor Bulk / Trading sales activities to achieve sales targets.
∎ Manage efficient operation to ensure width and depth coverage of commodity products across the given area.Coordinate on-time delivery of products.
∎ Collect dealers/traders’ data proactively as per the requirement of the team leader.
∎ Organizing regular field visits to demonstrate and establish new businesses & products to the prospective clients.
∎ Ensure on-time report submission as per requirement.
∎ Allocating areas to TSO.
