Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving all the sales, distribution and revenue targets of respective region
∎ Plan, implement and execute various activities (monthly & quarterly), events and campaigns in the region
∎ Contribute as per cluster business head’s planning with factual market information and real-time capacity
∎ Seek out business opportunities for bKash category wise growth and ensure competitive gross margin at region
∎ Actively involve, communicate and conduct business sessions accommodating various channel partners, distributors and other key stake holders of the region
∎ Ensure that the regional teams are in line with the sales & distribution strategy and guidelines and other central departmental/divisional compliance requirements
∎ Responsible for making periodical business plans for the distributors, communicate with distribution house’s owners, managers at every level of decision & strategy building
∎ Connect with sales managers to facilitate and prepare plans for thyself with information, facts, figures and market feedback
∎ Communicate with all necessary cross-functional/departmental teams to ensure full functional support to the regional teams in achieving their business objectives
∎ Prepare distributors’ KPI, monitor and follow up developments regularly with AMs, TMs, TOs
∎ Motivate regional teams through regulatory guidance, coaching, market visits, team meetings, out of office sessions and logistical support
∎ Update, monitor and follow up with individual dashboard or KPI of regional team members along with providing them with timely feedback about their achievements and improvements
∎ Collaborate with central teams to Identify training and development needs of regional team members and take necessary steps to facilitate such requirements as aftermath
∎ Ensure proper information flow throughout the chain as required in respective region
