Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive sales team and achieve set targets of MME within the assigned territory.
∎ Maintain a standard weighted average cost of lending as per department's requirement, hence ensuring low cost and higher spread.
∎ Take appropriate marketing initiatives proactively to promote MME business, Supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns.
∎ Identify and develop strong partnerships with local organizations/ business entities to create alternative sources of lead generation.
∎ Monitor the performance of sales team, provide necessary guidance for staff development and target achievement.
∎ Maintain portfolio quality and guide the team to keep the PAR ratio low.
∎ Maintain liaison with other associated departments and expedite processing applications.
∎ Ensure extra-ordinary customer experiences.
∎ Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework.
∎ Implement social projects, rapport build up with relevant department, strategic alliances sanctioned to the branch.
