Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Direct nursing care
∎ Ensure nursing care of the patients in health facility 24/7;
∎ Receive referrals from project sites and Initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients, ensuring adequate patient monitoring as per SOP and National Guidelines;
∎ Collaborate with and support activities of the Nurse leads and other nurses in different departments.
∎ Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards at all times in the facility level;
∎ Carry out quarterly IPC checklist and report the results to the PRM coordinator.
∎ Collaborate with RRRC health desk to foster care of referred patients from Project sites.
∎ Maintain a clean record of follow up appointments for cold cases and communicate to the responsible clinic leads 2 days prior to consultation dates.
∎ Observe and adhere to universal medical ethics.
