Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired Officer from Bangladesh Army (Major or above preferred)
∎ Demonstrated experience in recovery and asset management (Banking/NBFI experience will be an added advantage)
∎ Strong command in communication, persuasion and conflict resolution
∎ Ability to work under pressure and drive results
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take over special task to recover bad debt from hardcore defaulters of the bank
∎ Deal with the high volume of ‘Willful’ defaulters of the bank to ensure quick cash recovery
∎ Conduct field visits at defaulter’s/guarantor’s office/business/factory/project/residence address aiming to bring a solid recovery resolution backed by a pragmatic payment commitment supported by Cheque /Pay-order with written application.
∎ Follow up postdated commitments of the defaulters and visit/call must be conducted in time for ensuring recovery.
∎ Assist Recovery team to manage problematic defaulters as & when required basis.
∎ Engage to execute ‘Warrant of Arrest’ order passed by Hon’ble Court
∎ Assist in selling mortgaged properties and give possessions to the buyer in time
∎ Dealt with litigated and angry defaulters who are not paying back money intentionally.
