Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit defaulter’s premises on regular basis for recovery purpose and alert borrowers to pay off overdue/full outstanding amount to avoid further legal actions.
∎ Identify the reasons behind the classification and take necessary recovery action knowing the reason/weak points of Clients for NPL recovery.
∎ Keep SAM Clients under regular inquiry for alternative source of fund.
∎ Give best efforts for collecting DP as per BRPD circular for Rescheduling/Settlement/regularization of the classified loans
∎ Visit mortgaged properties and search prospective buyers to sale the properties complying rules & regulations.
∎ Achieve monthly recovery target to be given by Top Management from time to time.
∎ Get updated with Legal Actions against the defaulters and act accordingly to make out of court cases settlements.
∎ Take assistance from Legal Division to execute Warrant of Arrest order where applicable.
∎ Update daily recovery activities as well as maintain shadow file with Call/Visit reports.
∎ Any other official task as instructed by the supervisor from time to time.
