∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Fluent in Spoken English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to promote a positive image of the bank.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS-Word, Excel etc).
∎ Ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome customers and potential customers and directs them to the appropriate bank staff.
∎ Notify appropriate staff when a visitor with an appointment arrives.Oversees and maintains waiting area.
∎ Answer customer questions and provides general information.Answer incoming domestic and foreign phone calls, transfers calls, and takes messages when necessary.
∎ Place outgoing calls, receive messages and deliver to concerned staff.
∎ Reporting of telephone equipment failure or service complaints and problems to the correct channel promptly.
∎ Maintain updated database/ directory of important telephone numbers such as Bangladesh bank individuals and embassies, foreign bodies, Ministry etc.
∎ Prepare appropriate records and reports as required.
∎ Processed and distribute incoming mail;
∎ prepares outgoing mail for pickup.
∎ Perform clerical and administrative services for bank staff as needed.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
