∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
∎ Provide basic or accurate information to the respective person via phone/ email.
∎ Preparation of meetings, conference and conference telephone.
∎ Takes massages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
∎ Maintain and update contact sheet.
∎ Maintain the schedule of ED/ Director/ GM/ any other authorities and remind them on time.
∎ To maintain the record of incoming and outgoing parcel.
∎ Provide support to administration department when needed.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
∎ Maintain access control for visitors.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to deal with clients/ visitors with a positive approach.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Elegant, smart and presentable personality.
∎ Sound computer knowledge with MS office package.

Salary: Negotiable
