∎ Combining with BrandsCreate a process capable, technically viable, premium, value added & cost-effective fabric in order to meet customer requirements/ specifications and right first-time manufacture:
∎ Direct the team on new product Innovation, based on market trend, customer sample/specification analysis
∎ Clarify and advise on technical queries to customers
∎ Liaise with suppliers in obtaining technical information
∎ Discuss with process managers when necessary to finalize the best process route for new product development
∎ Guide and motivate the Product design & innovation team.

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for an R & D Manager leads research and development efforts, overseeing the development of new products, processes, or technologies, and ensuring projects align with company goals and market demands.
