Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website Facebook page queries
∎ Manage day to day social media implementation
∎ Take care of the social media related issues
∎ Find out customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues
∎ Monitor telesales team activities
∎ Develop, improve and implement customer service processes and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Expert in negotiation E commerce and expertise in this sector
