Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET/RUET/KUET/CUET

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (BTEB-accredited).

• Minimum 5 years of experience for B.Sc. Engineers.(Preferable public university)

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing & cost control; skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Word & relevant software.

• Strong knowledge of BNBC, PWD rates & local construction practices with proven analytical, negotiation & documentation skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination & ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates for civil, steel, structural, and finishing works.

• Conduct rate analysis and market price comparison for construction materials and services.

• Verify contractor bills, progress claims, and certification of payments.

• Support project tendering, bidding, and contract preparation with proper documentation.

• Monitor project cost control, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

• Assist in variation order analysis and claim management.

• Ensure all works comply with BNBC, PWD schedule of rates, and company standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of measurements, cost data, and site records.

• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and financial summaries for management.

• Support in final account settlement and handover documentation.
