Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
∎ Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including safety measures and ethics policies.
∎ Conducting regular audits of production lines or departments to ensure compliance with company standards.
∎ Reviewing employee performance to determine whether they are meeting standards or making improvements needed to meet standards.
∎ Providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.
∎ Evaluating potential hazards in the workplace and recommending solutions to unsafe conditions.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
