Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ B.sc in Chemistry from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the best quality system in woven fabrics manufacturing industry.
∎ Ensure best quality fabric according to the buyer requirement.
∎ Drive the fabric QA team with technical & efficient manner.
∎ Execute economic and productive Production plans for effective Batch scheduling based on dyeing TOD (Time of delivery).
∎ Responsible for minimization of fabric process loss.
∎ Check dyes combination lab recipe for problem free dyeing.
∎ Real time feedback to respective departments to minimize quality losses.
∎ Arrange Training and motivation to production and quality team.
∎ Take part in raw materials control.
∎ Develop the fabrics as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Responsible for Quality product & control the process for environment safety.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade, colors fastness & other quality parameters.
∎ To provide technical guidance to the team based on buyers requirements.
∎ Analyze the work order status for daily fabric production planning.
∎ Coordinate with the Dyeing, Finishing, Printing, Merchandising & other related Departments.
∎ Production target achievement according to capacity & shipment.
∎ Give right decision for major trouble of the process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Industrial engineering knowledge would be an advantage.
∎ Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, and decision making skills required
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel, Internet & E-mailing. & use to work under ERP solution.
