∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Must have served at least 5 years in similar position in any renowned garments industries.
∎ Self-motivated & capable enough to handle large number of production lines.
∎ Be able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure.
∎ A high level of technical knowledge and strong practical skills.
∎ Relevant experience in multi-product outerwear and a keen eye for detail.
∎ The ability to confidently attend and contribute to Client fit meetings and manage follow up procedures.
∎ The ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues, clients and factories.
∎ Should be dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To know all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Develop a quality plan and implement in the factory.
∎ Co-ordinate and promoting company's Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process, including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Measuring the performance of the key suppliers.
∎ Effectively interacts with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting technicians for checking patterns /specifications and construction.
∎ Periodically reviewing and Updating Company's quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control in order to align with customer requirement.
∎ Review output samples against the PP sample and follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Finalizing the critical operation, and quality points and explaining them to the Quality and production.
∎ Coordinate with production, Merchandising, QA & other related departments.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Getting a successful inspection done at various stages of Production.
∎ Have to look after independently every single step of the process.
∎ Follow-up Pre-Final inspection. Ensuring quality work process within the stipulated time frame.
