Job Context:
∎ The role is expected to plan, direct and coordinate Quality Assurance Programs, formulate quality control SOP, maintain quality assurance and control procedures and ensure that the products meet set thresholds of acceptability through the quality team with the objective of delivering products as per the specifications set by the buyer within the guidelines, code of conduct and limits of the organization policies.
∎ Specially outerwear for its factory located at Sataish, Tongi, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA and QC staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments / issues.
∎ Monitor and develop existing QC systems to meet the International standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers' requirements.
∎ Follow up the audit related documents and take action if required. Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Ensure quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Must be experienced in inspection system & able to manage QC team.
∎ Capable to deal with planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling and capable to work independently, leading a large team of Quality Assurance Personnel.
∎ Conduct ongoing awareness training on requirements of the standard, process correction, preventive action and measurement of process etc. regularly. Finding out the unskilled QC personnel and make a list and Improve them by the training (MMR).
∎ Follow up report of inspections, notifies operation and quality assurance/quality control management of significant problems (MMR).
∎ Must be conversant with the concept of quality objective, program, systems & procedures of garments.
∎ Must be dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude and should have team building capability.
∎ Having good knowledge on quality methodology including technical & conceptual skills.
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer's instructions.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be excellent in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Google sheet.
∎ Good command on spoken & written English and Bangla.
∎ Strong communication and administration skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Experience in ERP software system.
