∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating the standards of Quality & Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ Must need to be familiar with 1st time quality right, concept.
∎ Establish & Maintaining the Quality Assurance System in the whole process of Woven (Tops & Bottom) garments.
∎ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
∎ Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's quality systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirement.
∎ Effectively interact with production and Development Teams.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Liaising with Customers Auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer's specification
∎ Responsible for implementation of ZDC & Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and arranges training accordingly.
∎ Responsible for any kind of Technical Audit, implementation of CAP & solving problems using the Root Cause Analysis tools.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage & Developing the quality system instead of just policing job.
∎ Working with leaner and optimum quality staff, instead of traditional line set up requirements.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Quality Control/ Audit.
∎ Production Management (Sewing).
∎ Have good communication skill & strong leadership.
Salary: Negotiable
