∎ Applicant having B.Sc. in science / Textile get preference.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Must have previous experience in Garments Quality department.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop a Quality Improvement and Assurances Plan, then Implement and ensure the quality control process/procedures from cut to finish.
∎ To maintain buyer quality standards from receiving raw material to shipment.
∎ To achieve and maintain DHU percentage and final inspection pass rate per set target.
∎ To monitor QA & QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ To identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training.
∎ To take corrective measures by root cause analysis against any quality related findings.
∎ To review all inspection findings (in line/pre-final/final) and take corrective actions to eliminate re occurrence.
∎ To review rejects garments and analysis root cause and guide the team to minimize reject%.
∎ To ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance related parameters.
∎ To represent the company to buyer for any quality related activities.
∎ To need to finalize the critical operation, and quality points and explain them to the quality team.
∎ To lead quality assurance team & make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for further leader.
∎ To foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards.
