∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances within acceptable limits (AQL) with regards to raw material and production quality, quality manual.
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.
∎ Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms of color & quality.
∎ Monitor to identify loopholes during cutting, Printing, embroidery, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement.
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Conduct quality meeting to meet the requirements of buyer and corrective action.
∎ Monitor fabric inspection to (carton) shipment.
