Experience:

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Knit garments and Textile experience is must;
• Minimum 3 years of job experience required as Quality Manager;
• Practical knowledge on Quality Management, Product Safety, TQM;
• Must be ready to work extended hours as the factory needs for shipment fulfillment
• Good written and verbal communication in English;
• Good Analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relationship;
• Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability;
• Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.

• Manage and maintain the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the required quality of the garments;

• Develop and maintains quality assurance system through continual improvement of SOPs and guidelines;

• Control and ensure quality of sewing, finishing, packing as per customers` precondition;

• Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues;

• Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with audit and pre-inspection team;

• Maintain effective communications with buyer, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and others department;

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace;

• Setting KPI for Quality Department;

• Lead and develop an effective team of QA & QC staff who are responsible for all quality related issues;

• Reviews and resolves quality control problems with the Quality Control team and others including vendors, and customers;

• Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners;

• Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management;

• Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction;

• Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan;

• Check daily report and analyses and feedback for corrective action;

• Supervise subcontract related garments production and quality;

• Any other task assigned by Management.
