Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and ensure quality control of extrusion processes like PVC extrusion, sheet extrusion, gasket extrusion, magnet extrusion etc.
Conduct special monitoring of gasket extrusion processes, joint quality, dimensional accuracy and overall product standards.
Monitor magnet extrusion processes with a focus on maintaining required magnetic flux and consistency.
Prepare and submit monthly quality control reports for gasket and magnet extrusion processes.
Oversee inspection of chemical raw materials under Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Parts Quality Assurance Lab.
Assist in testing and evaluation of plastic and chemical raw materials as per standard procedures.
Prepare accurate test reports and ensure timely submission in Oracle system and via email based on internal and external requirements.
Monitor proper storage conditions of raw materials to maintain quality and compliance.
