∎ HSC
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Do inspection 100% by following the SOP and procedure of inspection.
∎ To ensure the quality of garments at first stage and good quality garments send to packing section.
∎ Randomly check the visual appearance as per Acceptance Quality Level.
∎ Check the sewing process randomly and measure the garments with pattern or buyer measurement sheet.
∎ To identify the repetitive quality defects on garments.
∎ Take initiative to minimize the defects and inform to respective line supervisor.
∎ Responsible to record all quality related data in respective line.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe environment and 5S in workplace.
