Job Context:
∎ The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Socks Factory of Ahmed Socks Industries.
∎ Job Location: Naya Nagar, Ward#56, Turag Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a good knowledge and clear concept about the details of knit garments(socks).
∎ Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all garments meet or exceed quality standards.
∎ Maintain required quality standards in all manufacturing processes in all products.
∎ Managing a team of quality control technicians and providing training and support as needed.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as production, merchandising, and design, to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
∎ Conducting regular audits of quality control procedures to ensure that they are being followed correctly.
∎ Investigating buyer complaints and working with other departments to address any quality issues.
∎ Maintain acceptable quality standards in every process from samples to bulk shipments including, samples, Knitting accessories, finishing and packing.
∎ Training and develop the subordinate workforce to acquire knowledge and skills.
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage.
∎ Perform any other task as per management requirements

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
