∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures for belts, twill tapes, and elastics, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
∎ Maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, corrective action reports, and data analysis.
∎ Work collaboratively with production staff to identify and rectify quality problems promptly.
∎ Analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve overall quality.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for quality control in the accessories industry.
