Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Qualification can be relaxed for experienced candidate).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow Quality Control steps during Sample Development and Production.
∎ Responsible for overall quality control of all our products including Mens Casual and Formal Shirts.
∎ Must have knowledge fabrics shrinkage, marker, cutting procedure.
∎ Monitor Cutting, printing / embroidery, sewing, finishing section for on time shipment.
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting and take approval for on time production.
∎ Ensuring fabrics & accessories (all trims) are in-house factory at right quantity & quality.
∎ Follow up daily quality related report with update, along with report to Boss.
∎ Follow up the internal in-line, pre-final and final audit and act.
∎ Keep in touch with Quality Management designated Boss for Production and Quality all Issues.
∎ Provide Technical support to the Merchandisers, Factories, and boss.
∎ Capable to identify problem and solve quality issue, ensuring good quality production and on time deliveries.
∎ Understanding the Total Quality Management (TQM).
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Continuously improve and develop quality control system so that our products are of the highest quality and reduce rejection and wastage cost.
∎ Self-motivational to resolve any problem of quality related issues by discussing with factory and Management.
∎ Sound technical knowledge in Knit & Woven Manufacturing factory.
∎ Keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.

∎ Age at most 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
∎ Hard working
∎ Able to move / travel any location as assigned.
∎ Read and understand garments specifications and instruction
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
