·         Minimum 7–10 years of experience in garment washing factories.

·         Prior experience in a washing factory is mandatory.

·         Strong expertise in washing chemicals, garment behavior, and machine operations.

·         Proven ability to develop samples quickly and accurately.

·         Capable of independent planning and decision-making.

·         Well-versed in buyer requirements, wash standards, and lab testing protocols.

·         Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and production analysis tools,

·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Ensure washing processes like enzyme, bleach, and stone washes are executed according to buyer requirements.

• Monitor and control fabric quality, color, wash, and print against tech packs and customer comments.

• Verify that washing standards, hand-feel, and test parameters are met during bulk production.

• Conduct regular audits, including mid-process and lab testing, and monitor process performance.

• Perform and supervise inspections of finished goods, from initial sample checks to final audits. 

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Troubleshoot quality-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Evaluate shade bands and approve them with buyer wash technicians.

• Ensure processes are followed correctly and provide instructions for new styles or buyers.

• Communicate with the finishing department to align measurement and shade controls. 

• Maintain accurate records of all quality inspections, test results, and audits.

• Prepare and submit hourly/daily quality reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality policies. 

• Provide training to production staff on quality assurance practices.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and other departments to improve overall product quality and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with buyers and other stakeholders about quality status and approvals.
