Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking style wise received QC file and ensure availability of required approved documents and sample
∎ Checking Yarn, accessories in house on time and ensuring quality
∎ Provide support in garment development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples
∎ Ensure no faulty yarn is going to knitting section, mark the fault issues and inform to Production department of factory as well as Merchandising department
∎ Ensure lab test reports of garment are in place
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting before starting of production
∎ Perform in-line inspection in production floor
∎ Perform inline inspection, pre-final audit and final inspection in finishing department
∎ Doing inspection of finished goods before shipment according to the customer requirement and prepare inspection report for submission and portal update
∎ Ensure checking in each production process in terms of quality and inform concern Merchandiser regarding quality and production status accordingly
∎ Individual factory handling and providing decision about final inspection pass fail and recheck
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast knowledge on sweater production technical side like knitting chart, proper linking, washing method, Trimming, Mending, AQL
∎ Good product and production knowledge
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Knowledge on yarn, accessories and trims
∎ Excellent communication skill and Interpersonal Relationship
Salary: Negotiable
