Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile education will be as added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control the quality of products by carrying out PP meetings, in-line in the factory to ensure that the products meet quality standards.
∎ Able to conduct pre-production meetings.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan, analyzing the problem.
∎ Solve the quality issues & innovatively establish zero defect in the factories.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have knowledge in Inspection & Quality, Production, troubleshooting, Standard Up-gradation & Shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS power point.
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
