Job Context:
Evince Group one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for Quality Controller for our corporate office located at Dhaka. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
The candidate must be in interested to work in field work inside of garments factory to the points.
Always make sure quality assurance and control for the product, provide technical ideas and check file, checklist, inspection checklist, dilly inline and free final quality report and make sure style wise styling.
Experience about CAD, Pattern and can operate the machine to show the process to solve the problem.
Confirm the oversee all sampling stages, including FIT, SMS, Pattern Test, PPS, Top, Photo, and physical sample etc.
Regularly communicate with our team, Merchandiser, and factory management.
Conduct style wise PP Meeting, addressing various aspects from style communication to safety and consumption.
Applying best techniques & methods to enhance quality level and production efficiency.
Ensure root cause analysis and provide appropriate solution.
Maintain documents at Microsoft Excel, word, E-mail, dairy.
Good knowledge about all kind of woven fabric and nature.
