Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering.

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Age 28 to 36 years

• Ability to communicate effectively, ability to work as a team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Communication in English.

• Should possess enhanced Marketing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Illustrator and mail communication.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection of all garment items.        

• Executes final inspection independently.        

• Determines acceptance or rejection of finished product. Writes QC inspection reports in English.        

• Detects and diagnoses quality issues and provides technical support to factories on quality standards.        

• Organizes an efficient inspection planning to achieve a professional inspection in line with company Quality Guidelines.        

• Records results of all defect /rejected items.        

• Familiarize with the technical specifications and re-test results prior to the inspection.        

• Informs supervisor of serious deviation of approved standards and other addition technical information that is vital to establish the quality standards.

• Be actively involved in sampling and pre productions, liaise with merchandisers and vendors to do proper handovers to ensure first time sample approval.

• Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met.

• Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery and zero quality claims.

• Review Laboratory testing report/s daily and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories and QA`s

• Review daily issues occurring at the factories and work with the QA team to find quick solutions and give required guidance.

• Conduct PP meetings with relevant persons and identify areas of improvement and provide required guidance to the factories Merchandising teams.
