∎ Bachelor’ Degree in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience and strong knowledge in Woven Garments.
∎ Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
∎ Conduct pattern and fabric check.
∎ Identify defects or non-conformities in materials or products and communicate findings to appropriate departments for correction and improvement.
∎ Must have knowledge about pre-production activities.
∎ Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded.
∎ Provide guidance to production teams on quality control processes and procedures.
∎ Proactively liaise with buyers and suppliers regarding quality issues and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
∎ Make appropriate and timely factory decision, and provide any technical support required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Trading House / Buying House experience is preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
